Coach2Reach USA delivers all training products and resources electronically. Because our certifications, coaching programs, and workshops take place in real time over Zoom—or are accessed through our secure learning portal—there is no physical shipment, courier service, or postal delivery associated with any purchase on https://coach2reach.com.
Order Processing and Confirmation
Immediately after you complete checkout, an automated confirmation email is sent to the address you supplied during payment. This message contains:
A detailed receipt for your records.
The program start date and time (displayed in your local time zone when possible).
A link to create or log in to your Coach2Reach learner account.
The course trainer or program coordinator will email your unique Zoom link and any pre-work materials. For self-paced micro-courses, platform credentials are issued automatically within minutes of purchase.
If you do not see the confirmation in your inbox after 15 minutes, please check spam or promotions folders. Still missing? Contact info@Coach2Reach.com so we can resend your credentials.
Digital Delivery Methods
Live Instructor-Led Courses: Sessions are conducted via Zoom. The access link is personal to you and should not be shared. Reminders are dispatched 24 hours and 1 hour before each class.
Downloadable Resources: Templates, slide decks, and reading lists are provided as PDF or editable formats. These files can be downloaded directly from the course workspace at any time during your enrollment period.
Because every Coach2Reach product is delivered electronically, there are no shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, or import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Accessibility and Technical Requirements
To participate in our virtual programs, you will need the following:
A stable internet connection (minimum 3 Mbps upload/download).
A computer or mobile device capable of running the latest Zoom client.
Audio (microphone and speakers) for interactive sessions; video is strongly encouraged for a richer coaching experience.
Coach2Reach cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by inadequate local connectivity or device limitations. Please test your setup before the first session by joining Zoom’s test meeting.
Failed or Delayed Access
In the rare event that automated delivery fails, we commit to providing manual access within one business day of your support request. Failure to gain entry to a session due to internal system errors on our side will not count against attendance requirements.
Transfers and Substitutions
Because enrollment seats are limited and linked to personalized certification records, transfers to a different cohort or learner may be requested up to 48 hours before the published start time. Approval is subject to availability and the Coach2Reach Terms of Service.
Updates to This Policy
Our delivery process is reviewed regularly to ensure compliance with evolving digital-learning standards. Any material change to this shipping policy will be posted on this page and, when significant, communicated via email to current learners.
