The ICF Mentor Coaching is one of the most sought-after mentoring certifications that enable coach‐applicant, i.e., mentees, to gain the desired credential professionalism. Aspirants who are willing to become certified mentees must complete any of the credentials that prepare them with the fundamental knowledge and skills. Credentialing candidates on the path of ACC ACSTH, ACC Portfolio, PCC ACSTH, PCC Portfolio, or MCC will be considered fit to participate in Mentor Coaching by ICF.
