At Coach2Reach, we are committed to setting clear expectations so you can enroll with confidence. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how schedule changes, participant cancellations, pricing adjustments, and refunds are handled for all Coach2Reach programs. Our goal is to be fair, transparent, and responsive while maintaining the integrity of our learning experiences.

Coach2Reach initiated changes

Coach2Reach may postpone or cancel an event, or change the location of an event, in circumstances that include insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (for example floods, earthquakes, political instability). If Coach2Reach cancels an event, a 100 percent refund of course fees will be issued to enrolled candidates. Please note that travel, accommodation, logistics, or any personal expenses are not reimbursable. If an event is postponed, Coach2Reach will work directly with candidates to identify and confirm an alternative date that aligns with the participant’s availability and the Coach2Reach schedule.

Delegate initiated cancellations and refunds

To cancel your enrollment, please email us in line with the timelines below. Refunds are calculated on the total fee paid and issued according to the following terms:

* Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the event, 30 percent of the total fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

* Cancellations made within 10 days or less of the event, no refund will be issued.

Pricing, transfers, and package enrollments

* Pricing may change without prior notice. Once you are registered, the quoted price for your confirmed enrollment will not change.

* Transfer of a course enrollment to another cohort or participant is subject to internal approval by Coach2Reach.

* Package prices apply when purchasing two or more courses together. In the case of partial refunds on a package, the refunded portion will be recalculated using the individual course price, then adjusted against the original package total.

* All pricing listed on the website is in USD.

How to request a refund

To initiate a refund request, email info@Coach2Reach.com with your full name, course title, enrollment date, and the reason for your request. Requests must comply with the timelines and conditions described in this policy.

Refund processing timeline

All approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after Coach2Reach confirms approval of the refund request. Processing times can vary depending on your financial institution.
