Kanban is also referred to as an alternate path to agility. Offered by the Kanban University, the Kanban System Design KMP1 certification is offered for participants who are new to Scrum teams struggling to reach a consistent development. The Kanban System Design KMP 1 is a comprehensive course that introduces participants to all the fundamental concepts of the Kanban method. The methods plan to teach participants the required skills and knowledge to efficiently carry out the responsibilities of project management.
The instructors at Coach2Reach take on in-depth exercises and coaching. These instructors are certified experts who teach participants to initiate transformation with Kanban and bring in process improvements by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and prioritize and initiate collaboration.
After completing the training, participants will receive a completion certification from the Lean Kanban University. With the training, participants will become well-versed with the art of Kanban that can act as a limiting work in progress. The training will also help participants to learn the ways to visualize work, measure and manage the flow, and use collaboration to manage.
