As the term implies itself, Kanban refers to minor actionable and pragmatic steps that can be implemented in everyday team structures to develop products and deliver services seamlessly. Kanban Management Professional (KMP2) Training is conducted to help Scrum teams and professionals adopt new management methods that help improve service delivery, evolving businesses, and catalyze developments. The Kanban Management Professional (KMP2) training is focused on further training professionals who have completed the Lean Kanban Foundation KMP1, also known as Kanban systems Design on the Kanban Management Professional accreditation path.
At Coach2Reach, participants are offered training based on the official LKU Certified Lean Kanban syllabus to discuss and experience the roles and responsibilities of a Certified Kanban Management Professional. The training course prepares participants for the long run by helping them build their existing knowledge of the Kanban Method. The course also focuses on assisting the participants in taking their current Kanban implementation to the next level. After the completion of the training, participants will gain practical insights into guiding a team on their journey to adopt Kanban.

The Kanban Management Professional is advanced training on Kanban Method. The KMP2 certification requires participants to complete Kanban System Design (KMP1) accreditation as a pre-requisite for the KMP2. Hence, it requires participants to understand the fundamentals of Kanban and hold the KMP1 certification training. Participants should be accustomed to the Kanban Method and have comprehensive knowledge of the full “alternative path to agility.”
Upon completing the Kanban Management Professional course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for KMPII and the credential of Kanban Management Professional. However, if the participant has also completed KPM – I certification after successful training classes, participants can apply for the KMPII certification. The Kanban Management Professional certification is awarded and accredited by the Kanban University.
